Due to the water main breaks, put a flyboard on your main page to identify outages and statuses. This would reduce after hours calls to your call center (provided you advertise the existence of the status flyboard to your clientele).1 vote

Thank you for this contact area. I'd love to see not just Dispatch records, but because there are times as members of the community that we need to verify a call we made to dispatch. I'd love to see the records for 2014 with time logs. This can really help us with resolve personal civil actions others bring against us. In doing so we will save the courts time, and valuable resources1 vote
